SHIPPING AND HANDLING
A $4.95 handling charge will be applied to all orders.
Items shipped from The Islands of The Bahamas/Benchworks warehouse are shipped via UPS by the method selected. Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and by the shipping method chosen. Shipping charges will be added to your order total upon checkout.
INTERATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and taxes for orders shipped internationally are always the recipient's responsibility.
RETURN POLICY
We will be happy to exchange, credit or refund your merchandise if you are not completely satisfied with it. Items must be returned to The Islands of The Bahamas Online Store/Benchworks Warehouse within 30 days of purchase, in NEW and UNUSED condition, with original packaging and accompanied by a copy of your invoice/packing slip. All transactions will be handled promptly. We cannot credit or refund the freight cost of any returned items, unless the merchandise is considered defective or damaged during shipping. Please complete the return form that was included with your shipment and return it with the item(s) to be returned.
DEFECTIVE AND/OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If you received an item that is defective or was damaged during shipping, you may return it to The Islands of The Bahamas Online Store/Benchworks Warehouse for our inspection. If a replacement is authorized it will be shipped to you at no charge. Please call the warehouse to request a return shipping authorization number and a UPS shipping label will be sent to you to facilitate your return.
