Helpful Information About Ordering Online
To get started, click on one of the categories found on the left side of the page, or on any of the photographs displayed on the home page in the main content area. Online shopping and browsing is done much like any other "Shopping Cart" you may have used at other websites. Upon checkout, you will need to enter your Credit Card information. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
This site is secured for online shopping. All transactional data is encrypted using our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, the industry standard and leading security software available for secure online transactions. This site also has a Verisign-issued Secure Server Digital ID in place. This Verisign ID further ensures that the data you exchange with this site is protected from interception and tampering with state-of-the-art encryption technology. You will notice during checkout the lock icon on your browser is in the "locked" position - this indicates that your transaction is SSL secured and you can proceed with confidence.
Browsing the Product Catalog
Items are organized by category and subcategories. The categories are listed on the left side of the website. Click on one of the categories to begin your search. You can also search by keyword or dollar amount category using the search function located in the top left corner of the website.
Checkout
We accept MasterCard, VISA or American Express. You will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information, your credit card number and the signature code that appears on your credit card. Your credit card information will be verified by VeriSign, a secure online credit card processor, before your order is accepted for processing. If your card is not accepted, you will be notified immediately and asked to review/re-enter your information.
Shipping and Handling
A $4.95 handling charge will be applied to all orders.
Items are shipped via UPS by the method selected. Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and by the shipping method chosen. Shipping charges will be added to your order total upon checkout.
Sales Tax
Tax will be added to orders shipped to Maryland only.
I Cancelled My Order - Why Hasn't the Charge to My Card Been Released?
When you place an order on the store using your credit card, your credit card is authorized and a hold is put on your account for the order amount. You are not actually charged until your order is shipped and completed. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the hold on your account will be released. Please note that it can take up to 3 business days to release the funds, depending on your credit card company. If you use a debit card, it may take longer. Please contact your bank to determine the length of time to return funds to your debit card account.
